Pay My Bill

West County Radiology is an approved provider for most insurance carriers and health plans. Today, most insurance plans require preapproval and/or notification before we can perform radiological procedures. Please check with your insurance plan and/or your referring physician’s office to see if this is necessary. If you do not obtain a preapproval or notification, you may be charged for the entire cost of the study.

Once your insurance makes a payment and/or adjustment for the services performed, we will transfer the account to patient responsibility and begin mailing statements. The first statement will come shortly after we have received the remittance advice from the insurance company or shortly after the services are performed if you are paying for the services yourself. You will receive a second statement in approximately 30 days. If we need additional information to process your account, such as secondary insurance information, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid going into collections.
